DELEGATE JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE:   Provide and support opportunities for parent education.

• Attend Delegate Workshops.

• Distribute information to parents in your schools regarding community parenting programs.

• Report on Parents Together activities at monthly meetings of PTA, Parent Association or Home School Association.
   

• Confer with PTA President and Principal (or equivalent) to plan in-school programs

• Publicize within your schools and attend all Parents Together Workshops.

• Calculate number of newsletters needed for your school and report to your Liaison.

• Distribute "Parents Together" and "Parents Together Primer" newsletters to appropriate grade levels.

• Acknowledge school donations.
